Orbt9 provides enterprise-grade autonomous voice AI agents capable of handling inbound/outbound calls, appointment scheduling, lead qualification, customer support, and debt collection. Our Services include but are not limited to: AI agent configuration, voice call processing, CRM integration, and analytics dashboards.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Deploy AI agents for harassing, threatening, or deceptive communications.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our platform.
Overload or interfere with the proper functioning of the Services.
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation with any person or entity.
Use the Services to make calls that violate TCPA, GDPR, or any telecommunications regulations.

5. Demo Usage

Our free demo is limited to a 60-second trial call per session. Demo usage is subject to API cost limits. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate demo access at our sole discretion to prevent misuse or excessive cost.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Site and Services — including software, text, graphics, logos, and AI models — are owned by Orbt9 and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
